DAY 1

March 1st seems like as good a day as any to start something new.  I think I eat fairly well.  Trouble is I like all food.  But, starting today I am going to journal what I eat and how I spend my day moving. I am going to strive to stay away from ALL processed food, and most grains.  Most important is I need to move more. So, that to is going to be part of this journey.  I may only start with house keeping and a short walk and I may never get beyond that; but, I know I can do better than I am now.  So here goes for today:

Breakfast:  Yakult and coffee (Internet Image)

Lunch: Out with a friend.  Had Curry Soup (Panang) with Tofu (no rice) & everyone questioned that at the restaurant.  Beverage, water and tea. (Internet Image)


Snack:  Cheese & Crackers (That has to stop)

Dinner:  Lau Lau Casserole & Salad 
             Lau Lau Casserole consists of Pork, Sable Fish, Greens, Sweet Potato)
             Salad consists of Cucumber, Tomato, Onion & Avocado
             Beverage, glass of red wine (My photo)


Exercise:  Unless you can count quilting, none.

I may only ever be writing to myself and that is OK actually.  Just writing this down shows me something.  I will get better at taking pictures and posting recipes.  I'm hoping this will keep me honest.  At least it's a goal.  Let's see what happens.  Stay calm and
