DAYS 5 & 6

Think I will get to really only doing this once a week.

Day 5

Breakfast:  Yacult
                   Beverage coffee

Lunch:  Poke from Lazy Acres
            Beverage Water

Dinner:  Leftover salmon and miracl noodls
             Beverage Red Wine

Day 6

Breakfast:  1/2 Ezekial English Muffin with slice of meatload
                   Beverage Coffe

Lunch:  Same thing
            Beverage  Water

Dinner:  Out with Wackos, Taquitos appitizer 
             Beverage  Red wine

Day 4

Breakfast:  Yacult
                   Beverage Coffee

Lunch:         Had lunch out had 1/2 hamburger and about 5-6 onion rings (not the best)
                   Beverage Water

Dinner:        Salmon
                   Shiritake Noodles with garlic, red bell peppers and green onions
                   Beverage  Red Wine

Activity:      Light housework, shopping, lunch with friend, sewing

DAY 3


Breakfast:  2 strips bacon and 1 egg
                   Beverage Coffee

Lunch:  Leftover Lau Lau
            Beverage Water

Dinner:  Roasted chicken seasoned with Olive Oil & Lemon Pepper
             Mixed Green Salad with Homemade Creamy Sesame Salad Dressing
             Beverage Glass of Wine



Activity included laundry and quilting.

DAY 2

Still keeping it real.

Breakfast:  Baked egg, with tomato and cheese
                   Beverage, coffee

Lunch:  Leftover Lau Lau
            Beverage, water

Dinner:  Pan Seared Salmon & Green Salad with Homemade Creamy Sesame Dressing
             Beverage, glass of wine

DAY 1

March 1st seems like as good a day as any to start something new.  I think I eat fairly well.  Trouble is I like all food.  But, starting today I am going to journal what I eat and how I spend my day moving. I am going to strive to stay away from ALL processed food, and most grains.  Most important is I need to move more. So, that to is going to be part of this journey.  I may only start with house keeping and a short walk and I may never get beyond that; but, I know I can do better than I am now.  So here goes for today:

Breakfast:  Yakult and coffee (Internet Image)

Lunch: Out with a friend.  Had Curry Soup (Panang) with Tofu (no rice) & everyone questioned that at the restaurant.  Beverage, water and tea. (Internet Image)


Snack:  Cheese & Crackers (That has to stop)

Dinner:  Lau Lau Casserole & Salad 
             Lau Lau Casserole consists of Pork, Sable Fish, Greens, Sweet Potato)
             Salad consists of Cucumber, Tomato, Onion & Avocado
             Beverage, glass of red wine (My photo)


Exercise:  Unless you can count quilting, none.

I may only ever be writing to myself and that is OK actually.  Just writing this down shows me something.  I will get better at taking pictures and posting recipes.  I'm hoping this will keep me honest.  At least it's a goal.  Let's see what happens.  Stay calm and
